The Mountain Massage

$75/60 min, $100/90 min

This is our version of the familiar full-body Swedish massage. A rhythmic flow of light to medium pressure induces both relaxation and rejuvenation. If you prefer very firm to deep pressure please see the Deep Tissue Massage.

Intergrated Therapeutic Massage

$85/60, $110/90 min

A combination of various massage and bodywork techniques utilized to target your specific needs.

The Face & Scalp Massage

Add $20/15 min to any of the 60 or 90 minute appointments.

Soothe and refresh the face and scalp with or without a natural creme and warm towel wrap.

Warm River Stone Massage

$100/60 min, $125/90 min

The traditional Swedish massage enhanced by the use of heated river stones, designed to enhance deep relaxation. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles, melting away layers of tension and stress.

The Twilight Massage (a combination of heated and chilled stones)

Induces healing relaxation by alternating heated and chilled stones throughout this full body massage. The chilled stones are used very lightly following the use of heated stones, an incredibly relaxing experience like no other.

Tandem Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

$95/60 min, $120/90 min

A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue with very firm slow consistent pressure. A deep tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and encourage proper blood and oxygen circulation. Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep tissue massage to help eliminate these toxins from the body.

Neuromuscular Therapy

A system of integrated techniques that are effective in relieving soft tissue dysfunction.

Myofascial Release Therapy

A noninvasive technique which addresses the fascia, connective tissue. Helpful for chronic pain and injury.

The Thai Herbal Massage

Warm bundles of Thai herbs are applied to the skin and followed with a Swedish style massage. This is a wonderfully therapeutic, relaxing and invigorating massage.

The Sky Massage (Neck, Shoulders, Arms and Back Massage)

Perfect for the upper body. This massage includes the neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back.

The Sun Massage (Face, Scalp, Neck, Arms and Hands Massage)

The soothing face and scalp massage incorporating gentle natural herbal creme you may exclude the creme if you prefer. We also massage the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.

The Accupressure Facelift

The accupressure facelift is designed to retard the signs of aging, to keep the skin youthful and glowing, and to keep the facial muscles toned, in addition to giving benefit to other parts of the body.

The Thia Herbal Face Massage

A slow consistant application of pressure to the face, neck and shoulders with small warmed Thai herbal bundles. Terrific for the relieving stress, headaches and sinus pressure.

The Moon and Stars Massage (Hands and Feet Massage)

A relaxing yet stimulating massage that focuses all of the attention on your hands and feet. This is a wonderful combination.

The Sun The Moon and The Stars Massage (Hands, Feet, Face and Scalp Massage)

Total bliss! This massage includes your hands, feet and the face and scalp massage. Soothing and moisturizing massage crème or gel are used to massage both the hands and feet, while the face receives a gentle natural herbal creme (you may exclude the creme if you prefer). Warm towel wraps are applied to the feet and face.

The Mint Foot Refresher

$50/30min

A foot massage that is instantly refreshing to your sole! A blend of peppermint, spearmint and tea tree oils are the basis of the Deep Steep Candy Mint foot polish, cream and stick. Mint stimulates circulation, which rejuvenates tired feet and acts as an anti-inflammatory to soothe and relax your muscles. We encourage you to recreate your experience at home by including a set of Deep Steep Candy Mint products in the price!

Aromatherapy

Add $10 to the price of your massage and allow 5-10 min for selection of oil

Experience the health-giving properties of essential oils. Please allow 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for selection of essential oil. The essential oil of your choice will be added to the massage creme that is used throughout your massage.

Seated Chair Massage

$20/15min

A soothing and revitalizing mini massage including the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. You will sit comfortably in a specially designed massage chair while the therapist gives your massage. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the appointment.

Foot Reflexology

$50/30 min, $85/60 min

Targets reflex areas on the feet that correspond to every part of the body including organs & glands. Reflexology is used to relieve stress and tension, stimulate deep relaxation, improve blood supply, and promote healthy nerve impulses to normalize and balance the entire body.

Shiatsu

$95/80 minutes

The traditional style, practiced on a mat, on the floor, fully clothed. A combination of palm and finger pressure, structural movement and stretching techniques to stimulate energy flow.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

$75/60 min

This technique is designed to address the cranio-sacral system, involving the bones of the skull and sacrum, the membranes of the skull and spinal cord, and the cerebral spinal fluid. It is often used in the treatment of head, neck and spinal injuries, and is effective for most conditions of injury or chronic dysfunction and pain, or to promote relaxation and well-being. This non-invasive technique is extremely gentle and subtle, and performed while client is fully clothed.

Reiki (Energy Balancing)

$75/60 min

Treats the body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and a feeling of peace, security and wellbeing.
