The Sun The Moon and The Stars Massage

Total bliss! This massage includes your hands, feet and a facial massage. Soothing and moisturizing massage crème or gel are used to massage both the hands and feet, while the facial includes Weleda wild rose or almond cleanser, intensive facial mask, toner, and moisturizer. Warm towel wraps are applied to the feet and face.

Deep Tissue Massage

A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. A deep tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep tissue massage to help eliminate these toxins from the body.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
